How Do I . . .

• know if my browser is compatible with Blackboard? (Opens in a new window.)
  There is also a browser check button on the My Blackboard and Courses tabs in Blackboard.
  
• turn off compatibility view in Internet Explorer?
• add a student to my Blackboard section roll?
• remove a student from my Blackboard section roll?
• change the course availability for a student or prevent an enrolled student from accessing the section?
• hide an inactive student in my Blackboard section roll?
• run an activity report for one student?
• create a report for Financial Aid audit?
• know if SafeAssign is having problems or if Blackboard is broken??
• make my course unavailable after the semester ends?
• create an archive of my course so I can see what my students did at a later date?
• copy my course from last semester into the new empty shell for this semester?

Other Questions or Issues

• I am a new instructor and I am listed in Banner, but my course(s) are not showing in Blackboard. What should I do?
  Blackboard accounts for new hires are created on the first day of their contract period.
• My Excell grades do not match my Grade Center in Blackboard. Why?
  Blackboard calculates averages a bit different than Excel. The two should be very close - within a point or less.
