How Do I Prevent A Student From Accessing My Course?

To change the availability of a student:

In the Control Panel, go to Users and Groups à Users

Click the chevron beside the student name and choose "Change User's Availability in Course."

Change "Yes" to "No" and then Submit.

 

IMPORTANT: the student's enrollment status must be changed in Banner for the change to persist.
If this is not done, access will be restored when the nightly update extract runs.
