Important Information for candidates

Thank you for your interest in running for a Student Government Association (SGA) office.   Pages in this section correspond to the printed election application packet mentioned below. The packet contains a “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQ) sheet (which includes information about the election process/timeline), a sheet outlining the qualifications and descriptions of each office, an application, and a petition form.  Please submit the requested documents according to the timeline below.

 

Important Dates To Remember
   
Applications for SGA Elections February 1st – 19th
(DEADLINE for APPLICATION is February 19th at noon)
   
Campaign Week March 1st- March 5th
   
Elections March 10th (9am-6pm) in the Student Center Cafe


Application Packets can be picked up from one of the following locations:


The Student Government Office located in the Student Center, room 151 (office hours are posted outside door)

OR

The Student Life and Counseling Services Office located in Miller Hall, room 112 (near Assessment Center)

 

**Completed packets MUST be submitted to the Student Life and Counseling Services Office located in Miller Hall, room 112 (near Assessment Center) by 12 noon on February 19, 2012.
