Tri-County Technical College to
Close for Christmas Holidays

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 12/6/2001

PENDLETON--- The holidays for Tri-County Technical College students will begin December 14, the last day of the fall semester. Offices at the College will be closed for the holiday season from December 20 - 26, 2001, with the exception of the Information Center in Miller Hall, which will be closed from December 24 - 26, 2001. Several offices will re-open on Thursday, December 27, and will remain open except for New Year's Day on January 1, 2002.

The Business Training Center, located at the Anderson Mall, will be closed Saturday, December 22, through Tuesday, January 1. The Center will re-open on Wednesday, January 2.

The College will re-open full-time January 2, and classes will resume January 7, the first day of spring semester. Registration for spring semester classes is Thursday, January 3, from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.

There will be no placement tests given from December 19 - 26. Placement tests will resume Thursday, December 27, at 6 p.m.; Saturday, December 29, at 8:30 a.m.; Thursday, January 3, at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.; and Wednesday, January 3, at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Participants should bring picture ID and arrive 30 minutes prior to test time.
