CLEAning Services Requests

In an effort to improve response time and increase service levels, we have created two levels of contact to request cleaning services and/or report concerns to our cleaning services provider.

Regular Cleaning Services:

An e-mail account has been created to report regular cleaning needs and problems. The email address is sschantz@buddgroup.com (preferred method) or call 864-642-7722. These services may include, but are not limited to:

· Items that were missed during the previous day’s cleaning.

· Items you think have been overlooked and would like to have cleaned.

· Items you would like cleaned in advance of an event you may be having in your area.

Emails received before 3:00 p.m. will be processed the same business day (as feasible depending on the nature of the request). Emails received after 3:00 p.m. will be processed during the next business day.

Safety Hazard Issues:

Cleaning emergencies that could constitute a health or safety hazard should be communicated immediately by calling the following numbers :

· Suzanne Schantz 864-642-7722

· Physical Plant Office 864-646-1769

Examples of emergency requests include spillage in hallways and other problems that could cause a health or safety hazard.

We also want to remind everyone to lock your offices when you leave for the day. This will ensure that offices are secure. If you need to leave your office unlocked, please inform Security at Ext. 1800.

The Budd Group will not unlock any door . If you need a door unlocked please call security.
