PENDLETON --- Tri-County Technical College will offer a grant writing course, A to Z Grant Writing, starting July 19.

According to Sandra Strickland, program coordinator, this course will equip students with the skills and tools they need to write effective grants.  Students will learn how to raise needed funds by discovering how and where to look for potential funders who are a good match for an organization.  In addition, students will learn how to network and develop true partnerships with a variety of funders, how to organize a successful grant writing campaign and how to put together a complete proposal package.

This online course is geared to non-profit organizations, schools, religious institutions and municipalities seeking grants from foundation, corporate, government and individual donors.

The class will run for six weeks and is $89.  Two lessons are released each week for the six-week duration of the course.  Students do not have to be present when each lesson is released, but they must complete each lesson within two weeks of its release.   For more information or to register, call (864) 224-0453 or go online to www.tctc.edu/learn.
