PENDLETON --- Tri-County Technical College will offer a new online class, Write Your Life Story, beginning on July 19.

“If you have ever thought about writing your story, sharing life-altering events or just putting your heritage in writing, this online class is for you,” says Sandra Strickland, program coordinator,

According to Strickland, students will learn what it takes to write essays, a legacy letter (sometimes called an ethical will), a memoir, an autobiography or the story of a loved one’s life in simple, easy steps that will get them ready for whatever they want to tell.  The step-by-step process begins with capturing ideas and ends by providing all the tools to tell the stories in your life.

“It's fun. It's exciting.  It's a story only you can tell,” says Strickland

The class run for six weeks and is $89. Two lessons are released each week for the six-week duration of the course.  Students do not have to be present when each lesson is released, but they must complete each lesson within two weeks of its release.
