PENDLETON ---Tri-County Technical College honored its top students at an annual awards ceremony recently.

Edward Nathan Bennett, of Pendleton, was named to South Carolina’s All-State Academic Team at the State House earlier this year. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa, the national academic honor society for community and technical colleges.

Anthony Chapman, of Seneca, received the Brian Ferguson Memorial Award for Welding.

Joshua Matthew Ormes, of Townville, was named Outstanding Accounting Student.

Gecheshila Vickers Alexander, of, Westminster, was named Outstanding Associate Degree Nursing Student.

Kimberly Alyce Cothran, of Belton, was named Outstanding Associate in Arts Student.

Edward Lloyd Beard, III, of Anderson, was named Outstanding Associate in Science Student.

Rhonda Darlene Bradshaw, of Anderson, was named Outstanding Computer Technology Student.
